At Deruta of Italy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Italian ceramics. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure the Package
Carefully repackage the ceramics in their original boxes and protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for their original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
